Built from a new shell by RERT in the uk,it was sold to Ireland to Mr Billy Hayes who only done one rally sprint before selling it to JP Ruth back in 2002, The car was originally a Group N car but done to a few upgrades Jp decided to run in as per Group A regulations, The car has some fantastic results behind it and being so reliable has proved that 25 starts out of 28 rallies in a row is possible,  2 non finishes due to driver error and 1 none finish in the Ulster international rally due to an untimely ball joint failure
